Grande Baita Civetta (Alleghe)

This spectacular chalet is strategically placed at Piani di Pezzè.

Made entirely out of wood and stone, it is full of characterful details. From its outdoor terrace you can enjoy breath-taking views of the northeast face of Mount Civetta. It has an open kitchen and the restaurant is self-service, with a delicious menu which includes both traditional and international dishes.

Rifugio Scoiattolo (Alleghe)

Located between the cable car from Alleghe and the one to Col dei Baldi, this refuge is easy to reach in both summer and winter. This typical, comfortable, wooden building has a bar and restaurant where you can try local specialties, like ‘casoniei’ (filled ravioli), gnocchi, polenta and venison (roe deer), cured meats and game.

A great place for families, you can also book group dinners or other events.

Ristoro Fontanabona (Alleghe)

Just a five-minute walk from Piani di Pezzè, opposite the Civetta Adventure

Park, this restaurant is set in a truly magical setting. Try some of its traditional cuisine or a pizza baked in its wood burning oven as you sip a chilled beer or a glass of fine wine from its well-stocked cellar. Also open in summer and in the evening upon booking.

Ristoro La Ciasela (Alleghe)

Overlooking Pelmo and Civetta, the outdoor terrace is in a lovely sunny position so you can kick back and relax, whatever the season. Lying at an altitude of 2032 metres, it is the second highest restaurant in the area. Alessio is in charge of the kitchen and prepares typical, wholesome Alpine dishes.

Chalet Col dei Baldi (Alleghe)

Located at the arrival station of the cable car at an altitude of 2000 metres, this chalet has a large terrace and serves up excellent local cuisine. Recently refurbished, it specialises in traditional fare: delicious casunziei (filled ravioli), pumpkin gnocchi and fantastic desserts, all washed down with a glass of fine wine. Set in lovely natural surroundings, it's the ideal place to stop and recharge your batteries.

Ristoro Belvedere (Selva di Cadore)

Only recently built, Rifugio Belvedere has a number of spacious rooms, all in wood with large windows affording stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Every window is like a postcard of the Dolomites!

No visit would be complete without a look at the many beautiful wooden sculptures by a well-known artist from Val Gardena which adorn the restaurant.

Il Ristoro Sabe (Selva di Cadore)

Ristoro Sabe offers a complete bar service, as well as a first-class restaurant where you can enjoy some delicious specialties from the Belluno area: the attentive staff are always on hand to help you choose something new. The restaurant also makes excellent sandwiches: there’s nothing better than a hot sandwich before hitting the slopes.

Rifugio Su'n Paradis (Val di Zoldo)

The Su’n Paradis refuge is in Val di Zoldo, at the foot of Mount Civetta. Close by is the Alta Via no. 1 walking trail and the start of the routes that lead to the top of Mount Civetta.

Ristoro Pian del Crep (Val di Zoldo)

Lying in the heart of the Dolomites between Pelmo and Civetta in the clear mountain air at an altitude of 1765 metres, this restaurant is near the arrival station of the cable car. The magical atmosphere, with breath-taking scenery on all sides, gives a sense of peace and tranquillity that can only be found and appreciated here.

Baita Civetta "Al Casot" (Val di Zoldo)

This magical chalet, with its warm friendly atmosphere, is the ideal place to stop for something to eat. It has a terrace with a bar where you can enjoy a sandwich with a beer or warm up with a ‘bombardino’ eggnog. Inside is a cosy dining room which serves typical fare, assorted dishes, platters with speck and cheeses and fantastic homemade desserts. Ristorante Pizzeria Palma (Val di Zoldo)

Located in a strategic position, it is an excellent place to grab some refreshments and a great starting point for hikers, tourists travelling along the main road and bike and motorbike enthusiasts. It has a generous terrace and a large car park which can also accommodate coaches. It is open for lunch seven days a week and in the evening at the weekend.
